Yes, since all one on one sessions and group session are fully customized. We can focus on specific goals for sports and recreation activities (like skiing, sailing, running) and/or functional fitness goals to improve activities of daily living specifically around areas of injury, repetitive motion, imbalance and weakness.
- Where can sessions take place?

Sessions are available at a boutique studio in Toluca Lake California, in client's private home, on location, or virtually via zoom.
- How long is a session?

Customized one on one sessions last up to 50 minutes, consultation session or on location group and special events vary in time.
- What is the cost of a session?
